XEBEC Brush uses abrasive ceramic fiber material instead of abrasive grain. One Ceramic Fiber rod is made by binding together 1000 ceramic fibers, each only several µm in diameter providing 1000 cutting edges providing excellent cutting ability. Continuous cutting edge provide a stable and continuous grinding performance.
Grinding power of XEBEC Brush is 20 times higher than a nylon brush and can achieve Surface roughness up to Ra= 0.1µm (Rz = 0.4µm) thus it is superior to other brushes in terms of grinding power and surface.There are four colours of bristles: blue, white, red and pink to suit variety of materials right from Plastic, Aluminium, Soft and Hardened Steels, Stainless Steel, Titanium etc. The Brushes are available in various diameters from Dia 6 mm to 100 mm.
