Advanced Material Machining
Ultrasonic Machining Modules are fully compatible with conventional CNC spindles and their automatic tool change systems. Our module allows a standard CNC machine to easily mill, drill, and grind advanced materials such as super-alloys, composites, ceramics, optical glass, and semiconductor materials. The ultrasonic machining process can improve chip removal, decrease cutting forces, and reduce cutting temperatures. The advantages of machining advanced materials include longer tool life, better surface finish, increased productivity, and a lower risk of chipping and micro-cracking. Applications include semiconductor, 5G communication, photoelectric, aerospace, medical, automobile, and precision machining.
High Speed Machining
Srujan Solutions offers a range of secondary spindles that deliver high feed rates and spindle speeds for efficient material removal without sacrificing part quality and precision. Whether for a special-purpose machine, a robot, or a conventional machining centre, we provide various speed/torque combinations in motor housings of standard dimensions. The major benefit of high-speed machining is reduced cycle time and improved tool life.

Deburring
There are various ways to deburr parts – from manual hand-held micro-grinders to fully automated, lights-out processes on your existing machining centre. Our Deburring tools aim to minimise the cost per piece while ensuring the parts meet quality and throughput requirements. Our experts can advise you on the appropriate tool selection based on the part profile and processing method, such as face milling, end milling, drilling, etc., prior to deburring.
