Collets
Collets are devices used to hold tools, raw materials, or components during machining and other operations. Dead-length collets are utilised on the main and rear spindles of various turning machines, including cam-operated lathes such as Tornos, Strohm, Bechler, and Traub. They are also employed in CNC Swiss automatic lathes, including models from Citizen-Cincom, Tornos, Star, Tsugami, Hanwha, Nexturn, Nomura, KSI-Swiss, Ge-Fong, Goodway, Poly GIM, Swiss-Tek, Manurhin, Eurotech, Doosan, and Maier.
GuideBush
Tecnicrafts guide bushes are made from high-quality steel and equipped with highly wear-resistant carbide guiding pads. These pads, crafted from fine-grain carbide, function similarly to split bearings while guiding the rod. The guide bushes are designed for use on Swiss-type CNC lathes, including brands such as Citizen-Cincom, Tornos, Star, Tsugami, Hanwha, Nexturn, Nomura, KSI-Swiss, Ge-Fong, Goodway, Wivia, Poly GIM, Swiss-Tek, Manurhin, Eurotech, Doosan, and Maier, among others.
Feed Fingers
Bar feeder collets are used in automatic bar feeders manufactured by companies such as Fedek, Iemca, Barload, and Tornos. These bar feeders are primarily used on Swiss-type CNC machines for rod feeding. Three types of bar feeder collets are commonly used: external thread type, internal thread type, and pin type.
Special / Customised Solutions
High-precision sleeves, closed guide bushes, long-nose guide bushes, V-Line collets, and U-Line guide bushes are produced. The bore profiles are available in round, hexagonal, square, and custom special shapes.
