The REV motorised slotter is designed to efficiently solve the challenge of performing specific machining operations on a CNC lathe, from simple keyways to internal or external toothed profiles.
Maximum rigidity is ensured in the design of the REV motorised slotter. As a result, the insert can be used for an extended period, and an excellent surface finish is achieved on the processed part.
BROACHING TOOL ON CNC LATHES
The REV Broaching Tool system is designed to offer high flexibility, allowing a wide range of internal profiles to be performed by simply changing the insert. By using the dividing function available on CNC lathes, square and hexagonal profiles, as well as internal gears, can be machined with ease.
