Hantop Intelligence Technologies
Hantop Intelligence Technologies (HIT) is a startup company that is supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology in Taiwan. It was founded on May 9, 2018. The company is currently operated with a team of nearly 30 members. More than 60% of the positions are held by employees with doctoral degrees in scientific and technological fields.
Ultrasonic Machining Module
The machining technology of the Hantop Intelligence Technologies ultrasonic machining module is primarily used to drive cutting tools in a fixed direction (Z-axis only). Oscillations are generated at a high frequency of over 20,000 times per second. Higher machining efficiency is achieved through more effective material removal enabled by the ultrasonic amplitude. Cutting force is reduced, which allows tool life to be extended. Chipping of hard-to-cut materials is minimized. As a result, improved workpiece quality is obtained.
