Knurling
It is a machining process in which, either by deformation (form knurling) of the material or by cutting, (cut knurling) marks are generated on the part with different objectives, being the mostused to increase its grip, to transmit movement, and to increase volume. This operation is carried out on a lathe.
Rotary Broaching
Fast and efficient system for machining polygonal profiles (hexagonal, square, torx, splined…) working on lathes or machining centers. Suitable for machining these profiles on both shafts and holes.
Burnishing
Is a machining technique in which a tools is pressed on the surface of a part of lower hardness. The result of this operation is the generation of a polished surface, with a significantly lower surface roughness.
